Assess your tech with a quick yes-no form in your sessions to get a snapshot of their client-related skills. Ensure that EVERY TECH gets a quick eval at least once a month to identify issues and provide support and feedback!

In-Depth Evaluation: 

This in-depth evaluation will allow you to take a deep dive into your tech's client-related skills with a ranking system for each item being assessed. 

The quarterly evaluation gives your techs an opportunity to do a self-evaluation as well as the supervisor to evaluate them on big-picture skills. It also includes goal-setting worksheets that the supervisor can complete with their tech to make sure they are meeting their personal and professional goals to achieve overall job satisfaction and reduce burnout.

Take all of the data from each evaluation and put it into the evaluation tracking system, an Excel sheet that will show your trends and progress over time for each of your technicians.
